I’m a Naturopath and Holistic Health Coach, practicing from my private clinic and wellness studio, Health@Hand located in the inner city suburb of North Perth.
My role is to empower & support you to live your healthiest life yet!
As a Naturopath, I believe in practicing what I teach and I always strive to live a balanced life, day to day. From my knowledge and experience, I help to support women, children & families attain wellness and move closer towards their picture of good health.
Over the years as a practicing Naturopath I have gained invaluable experience from working in varied roles. This includes roles in pharmacy, corporate health, health foods and private consulting. I am fortunate to be able to work in such a diverse way, fuelling my passion in the health and wellness industry.
In addition to being a qualified Naturopath for the past 15 years, I have also attained additional qualifications in advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy and pregnancy massage. I am also a certified infant massage instructor, which has given me the pleasure to teach new parents on how to massage their babies . In 2018 I completed my Reiki II training and I now love to support my clients on an energetic level.
I believe in a holistic approach to supporting my clients and incorporating modalities which supports the whole person body, mind and soul to be most effective and essential for long term health benefits.
I am continually studying, researching, updating my skills and learning new ways to support my clients towards health and wellness.

PERSONAL
Being a small business owner and mum of two boys, I know how difficult it can be to look after your health. What I love most about my job is that I can help you to make small achievable changes, in yours and your family’s day-to-day life. I can offer you support in implementing change, make suggestions and provide resources to make your journey as easy as possible. This will help you to make sustainable long term changes, in turn giving you health benefits that you will experience over a life time (No fad or extreme changes are necessary!).
In my spare time I enjoy reconnecting with what it is that inspires me and helps me to feel grounded and balanced. I love immersing myself in a good book, listening to health pod casts, reading wellness blogs, yoga, meditation, getting a massage or facial, pottering around the house and garden, visiting a new café, getting out in nature…or id settle for a nap one of these days too! I find that living in this busy modern life, with a never ending to-do-list, there is the greater need and importance to make the time to take care of yourself.
